Our name is born from insert metaphor—a reminder that design is not decoration, but connection. It’s the spark that transforms ideas into identities, and brands into experiences people want to invite into their lives.

Olivia brings over 12 years of experience in brand design, creative leadership, and visual storytelling. With a background spanning global agencies and independent studios, she leads with both conceptual vision and practical clarity. Olivia oversees the creative direction of every project in the studio, ensuring that each outcome is not only visually compelling but strategically aligned. Her work is rooted in systems thinking, typographic precision, and a belief that good design starts with asking the right questions.
Outside the studio, Olivia mentors young designers and regularly lectures on the intersection of brand and experience design.
Max is a user-experience specialist who thrives on solving complex design problems with elegant, intuitive solutions. With a background in product design and interaction theory, Max has helped shape platforms for clients in tech, education, and wellness. He focuses on accessibility, usability, and responsive design—ensuring that each interface not only looks good but works flawlessly across devices.
He’s particularly interested in prototyping and iterative workflows, often bridging the gap between research and development. Max lives in Montréal and spends weekends exploring the forests of Quebec or deep-diving into typography archives.
Lena is the studio’s go-to for insight-driven strategy and narrative development. With a background in communication design and semiotics, she helps clients define who they are, what they stand for, and how they should sound and look. Lena leads brand workshops, conducts stakeholder interviews, and distills research into actionable frameworks that guide the creative process from start to finish.
Her approach is collaborative, detail-oriented, and grounded in real-world outcomes. Outside of work, Lena writes essays on design culture and volunteers with a nonprofit supporting creative education in underrepresented communities.
Theo is a motion designer with a passion for creating visual rhythm and storytelling through movement. From subtle interface animations to full-scale motion graphics, Theo brings energy and emotion to every frame. He has worked on projects for film, music, tech, and fashion, always pushing for solutions that feel fresh and considered.
With a background in both graphic design and cinematography, his work blends precision with cinematic flair. When he’s not animating, Theo is composing music or curating visual inspiration for his growing online community of creatives.
Amira is the connective tissue of the studio—ensuring projects run smoothly from kickoff to delivery. With a background in creative production and a love for clear communication, she manages timelines, budgets, resources, and client relationships with calm precision. Amira champions both structure and flexibility, giving the team room to experiment while keeping deadlines in sight.
She believes that empathy and transparency are key to successful collaboration. When not managing projects, Amira is planning her next hiking trip or exploring hidden cafés around her home in Copenhagen.
Elias blends code and creativity to bring the studio’s digital ideas to life. Specializing in front-end development and creative technology, he works closely with designers to ensure every interaction is smooth, performant, and true to concept. His toolkit includes modern frameworks, motion libraries, and the occasional line of WebGL magic.
With a deep appreciation for design craft, Elias brings a builder’s mindset to every project—prioritizing scalability, accessibility, and delight. Based in Berlin, he also teaches occasional workshops in creative coding and contributes to open-source design tools.
