With a background in communication design and semiotics, she helps clients define who they are, what they stand for, and how they should sound and look. Lena leads brand workshops, conducts stakeholder interviews, and distills research into actionable frameworks that guide the creative process from start to finish.
Her approach is collaborative, detail-oriented, and grounded in real-world outcomes. Outside of work, Lena writes essays on design culture and volunteers with a nonprofit supporting creative education in underrepresented communities.
