We’re looking for a highly organized project manager who can guide creative teams and clients from kickoff to delivery. If you thrive on structure, clear communication, and making timelines and budgets sing, this role is made for you.

Lead the Future of Our Content

As Content Strategy Lead, you’ll define how we communicate—both in voice and in value. You’ll shape a cohesive content direction, build scalable frameworks, and ensure consistency across all platforms. With expertise in content architecture, SEO, and audience engagement, you’ll help us turn ideas into impactful, measurable outcomes.

You’ll create content that informs, inspires, and drives action—grounded in research, supported by data, and executed with creativity. From editorial calendars to performance reviews, your strategic approach will ensure our content not only connects, but also performs.

Design Smarter Systems

We believe great content comes from great systems. You’ll build workflows that streamline content production—efficient, collaborative, and built to scale.

Working closely with our design, marketing, and product teams, you’ll ensure that content aligns with both brand goals and user needs. Your ability to prioritize, adapt, and execute will be critical in shaping high-impact communication.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Develop and evolve our content strategy in line with brand and business objectives
  • Lead content planning, creation, and optimization across channels
  • Establish content guidelines, frameworks, and editorial processes
  • Use analytics to measure performance and guide continuous improvement
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain a unified voice and message

You understand what connects and what doesn’t. You’ll analyze audience behavior, experiment with formats, and iterate based on insights—keeping our content relevant, valuable, and distinct. Your mix of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making will define how our brand shows up in the world.

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in content strategy, digital storytelling, or editorial leadership
  • A strong grasp of SEO, UX writing, and content structure
  • Ability to build scalable content systems and workflows
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in fast-moving environments
